I had an hour’s Indian Head Massage with Fran this morning. She explained everything to me - the different oils, the different points she would cover, what the benefits are - and then we started. A few hours later, my neck and shoulders are much more relaxed and I have also had a nap during the afternoon. Unheard of for me!

Overall comment: I found Fran very knowledgeable, and so reassuring. The IHM was soothing and relaxing.

I immediately booked in for another treatment with her in a month or so, but this time I am trying the Holistic Facial Massage!
